DELIVERY

Our delivery fees are:

UK

  • FREE UK delivery on all orders

Other EU countries

  • Orders over £750: FREE EU delivery
  • Orders under £750: Standard EU delivery (£10)

Items in stock in the UK:  Expected delivery within 2 working days of the order confirmation.

Items made to order (Seven Joias): Expected delivery within 2 to 4 weeks of the order confirmation.

Items made to order (Manoel Bernardes): Expected delivery within 3 to 6 weeks of the order confirmation.

Items made to order (Brumani): Expected delivery within 4 to 6 weeks of the order confirmation.

We use Royal Mail (UK), FedEx, UPS and DHL to deliver all our orders. We also insure all items in transit.

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands until further notice. For international delivery (non-EU), please contact us.

 

RETURNS POLICY

At The Fine Finder we want to provide you with the best customer experience every time you shop with us and we understand that occasionally you may wish to return items.

Exchange or refund is not allowed if an item has been specially made to order or personalised to your requirements.

We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase or gift thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

The Fine Finder will not accept returns for pierced earrings. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

Your order will be eligible for refund, or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.

 

ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO FAULT OR ERROR

Our suppliers follow strict quality control procedures before they ship the jewellery to you.

In the unlikely event that you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part, we will refund the price paid for the goods, the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Only earrings with a genuine fault will be considered for return or exchange.

On the day of receiving your order, you must obtain an Order Return Number (ORN) by completing the Online Returns Form or emailing us at Concierge@TheFineFinder.com. Then follow the HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM instructions below.

We check all items returned as faulty. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange, and we will contact you immediately.

 

14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

We appreciate that occasionally something is just not quite right for you.  If you are cancelling your purchase within the 14 working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the price paid for the goods only.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you must obtain an Order Return Number (ORN) by completing the Online Returns Form or emailing us at Concierge@TheFineFinder.com. Then follow the HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM instructions below.

All items must arrive back at The Fine Finder with the security tag intact, be unworn and in their original condition.  We check all parts returned during the 14 days cooling off period. In the event we find that the goods are not in their original condition, worn or if the security tag is removed, we reserve the right to refuse the return and we will contact you immediately.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

Returns must be posted within 14 days of receiving your Order Return Number (ONR) at your own cost.

All items to be returned under one order number must be returned in one shipment.

Please include a copy of your despatch note or at least your name and order number with your parcel.

Please place item(s) in the original packaging and ensure the outer box is completely and securely sealed.  If this packaging has been damaged in any way you may replace it with another box of the same size and thickness.

We recommend returns are sent using a tracked service.
